How to save the volume per carton for our customers?

The follow photo is for the clear lids for our Cambodia customer. This lid will match with our 6” round trays. While we get the lids from our supplier, the lids looks quite loose somehow. In order to save the volume per carton, we decide to change the carton size smaller. How to cut? We tried to decrease the carton’s length, but finally, we found change the lids from 3 layers to 2 layers is much better to change the length. So the height change from 48cm to 34cm directly, that is we can save 1/3 volume per carton for our customer, in other words, we save 1/3 delivery cost for our cusomers for their further orders. This is a big benefit to our customer, i think our customers could touch our kindness for our cooperation.

As a  Chinese souring agent，we always consider our customer’s profit seriously. We delivered more than 30HC containers per month to our customers, so we are experienced to how to load the cargo in one HC container. We load every container seriously, and try our best to load more, meanwhile, consider how to protect our cargo carefully every time. Our workers are patient and professional for this job. For example, put the heavier products(aluminum foil rolls) on the ground of the container, then put the lighter and aluminum foil trays/bowles, aluminum baking cups on the top of foil rolls, so the brittle foil trays are protected very well, avoid to be damaged during trasnfer by sea.
